FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Since we produce all our garments on demand, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process and ship your order.

Colors and garment styles are subject to change without notice due. Please allow variation in color and cut from inventory changes. We cannot guarantee the exact color match from the website image.


Placing Orders 

My discount code isn't working
Discount codes through e-mails only work once, and cannot be combined with promotional sales, and have an expiration date.  Discount codes cannot be added after an order is placed.  We do not offer refunds.  Only one discount code can be used on an order. 

 

Where do I put my gift card or discount code?
On the check out page, on the right side where it says: Gift card or discount code. Discount codes, store credits, and gift cards can not be applied to existing orders.

How will I be charged and in what currency?
Purchases made through the online store will be instantly charged to your provided credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payment account.  All prices reflected on the site are in US Dollars.  If you are purchasing with an alternate currency, please note that exchange rates will apply.

 

What size do I order, how do they fit?
The shirts fit according to the size charts, they are listed at the bottom of every product, in addition you can reference the  size chart page.  

What are the shirts made of?
The material blends can be found on the size chart, found on the bottom of the product page or in the size chart page

Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time, but perhaps in the future. 

Do you have wholesale accounts?

Can I change the color on sale items?
Unless offered at check out, no. 

Are the shirts on sale fitted or flowy?
Some promotions offer flowy, fitted, t-shirt, or other options at purchase. If not offered, by default they are flowy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to multiple countries all over the world.  For more information please check Shipping and Delivery, for more details about international shipments.

Is this company legit?
Heck ya! All of our shirts are hand printed in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We've been in business since 2013.


Where are your Mens shirts? 
Hang tight, we are rebuilding the site and inventory. 


 

Orders Already Placed

Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for purchases made either before or after the time of sale.

Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be added after an order is placed. 

Discounts

Multiple discounts cannot be applied to a single purchase.

Orders placed outside of a discount period cannot be replaced with new items at a discounted rate. Orders placed outside of a discount period will not be subject to any ongoing discounts from a previous or later period

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change to your order please email us at support@thefitnessteeco.com. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does it take to get my order?
All shirts are hand printed in the United States and are initiated after purchase during business hours. Typical turn around time is 3-7 business days, then it will ship. *Please note - viral sales may take up to 14 business days to begin shipping because our shirts are made to order by hand

Can I track my order?
Once your order has left the facility and scanned by UPS you will get a shipping notification via email, where you can track your order. Your local postal service delivers the final product.

If I move, will my package be forwarded?
Shipped packages will not forward to a new address.  We need to be informed of the new address prior to shipping.  Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.  Orders lost in the mail due to an incorrect address can be resent if returned to Fitness Tee Co but the customer will be responsible for any incurred shipping charges.  Since we print to order, the same shirts may not be available.  We do not offer refunds on any incorrect shipping address or lost or stole items once the order has been picked up the the logistic carrier.

How do you ship?
Our packages are shipped through UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL who has the local mail carrier make final delivery.  International orders tracking number may change once the transfer has been made.  Customer Service may be able to look up the new number, please email them at support@thefitnessteeco.com  Most orders are shipped in a poly mailer.  Please use caution when using scissors to open packages.  Fitness Tee Co is not responsible for damages caused by use of scissors.

The shipping carrier lost my order
Please contact the carrier to try and reclaim your order first.  Shipped packages will not forward to a new address.  We need to be informed of the new address prior to shipping. No refunds will be issued for lost or stole items. 

The carrier state my package was delivered.
Have you spoken with your mail carrier?  Occasionally, the post office misplaces a package or the tracking is a day off even though tracking shows delivered.  Our packages will not forward to a new address.

Defective/damaged items
Sometimes damaged/defective items slip though. Please contact customer service for a replacement at support@thefitnessteeco.com with a photo of your defective garment, along with your order number and we'll ship you another one.  

Please use caution when using scissors to open packages.  Fitness Tee Co is not responsible for damages caused by use of scissors.

Due to our handmade printing process, garments may vary slightly in size, color, texture, and shape from the photo. Many of our shirts have a distressed effect. All shirts come with our 'FitnessTeeCo' Logo on them, no exceptions.
